Most of the products sold at lubaloo.es are subject to the General Return Policy. However, there are exceptions to certain returns.
Every product in our store is in-stock. You will receive an email noting the date the delivery shipped out and the scheduled delivery at the address provided. If you disagree we will reimburse the purchase amount immediately.
Handling and shipping will post at the time of selecting a destination, but we give you a break-down:
Standard shipping is 6.5€ for Peninsular addresses, from 11€ in Balearic Islands and 19€ for Canary Island and free in purchases above 150€ for Peninsular addresses (home, work, etc., but no PO Boxes).
The delivery is expected within 24-48 hours for Peninsular addresses, 4-5 days for Canary Islands and signature required. Please, make sure someone is there to receive your package at the time of delivery, otherwise it will be returned to the warehouse and they will contact you to reschedule.
We ship almost anywhere in the world, except PO Boxes and countries in which we cannot guarantee the safety and good conditions of the delivered product.
Which is the certificate of origin?
The certificate of origin certifies the place of origin of your goods, in order to meet customs or commercial requirements.
The origin of the goods determines the tariff or commercial treatment given to them at the time of entry into a customs territory.
If the shipping area needs this certificate, the cost of it is automatically applied to shipping.

Returns should be made via our carrier. In the case that the client uses any other carrier, the client shall asume all risk for the return.
Once we verify that the garment is in perfect conditions we will email you our decision and proceed to charge-back the amount to the same card with which you made the purchase.
Lubaloo.es reserves its rights to refuse returns requested or sent outside the allowed period or for garments that are not in the same conditions they were at the time of purchase.
You can exchange your garment for a different size or color at our store in Madrid as long as it is in perfect condition and it is in-stock.
If you would rather exchange from home, you must fill out the Return Application and place a new order online. The allowed exchange period is 28 days counting from the date of purchase..
If you are not satisfied with your order, the claim period is 10 days. You can request a return through the Contact form.

In the event the company makes a first delivery attempt and you are not home, they will get in contact with you to reschedule.
At the time of payment our team will get in touch with the logistics services company.
Once the order has been picked up we will post a tracking number on your account so that you can check on the status of your order at any time. The tracking number will let you know the exact place and time of delivery.
